I suppose it depends if we get all get surprise round or not-we would all have enough movement to get up the passage (I think).

Otherwise, not much point in attacking if they are all in a circle above the trapdoor waiting to attack while we wait in line.

If you make your stealth checks, you'll be able to get a surprise round. Arwen might have s vir of trouble with that, though.

Yeah, everyone makes an individual stealth check, except for Adrik, who already succeeded on his, and, if you succeed, you get a surprise round as you burst out of the rug. Alternatively, you could choose to not make a stealth check, and hang out at the bottom of the shaft, where you are now. If you do that, you'll still act on the same surprise round, but you won't be able to do anything besides climb up, unless you do some sort of shenanigans from the bottom of the shaft.

Then the surprise round fails, and normal iniative is rolled. Whoever succeeded on their check will be at the top of the hole, however.
