Ah, that's a whoopsie on my part.  Checking the stat blocks, did you include the +8 HP from leveling up?   At 19 max HP, I should be able to use 9/10 on myself.  If it's OK, I'll give the last to Arwen. 

Same token, FelixSparks and Gig, did you remember to update your character sheets with the new maximum HP?  If my math isn't off, Arwen should be at 20 max HP, and Sweetpea at 8 HP (unless Gig also opted to take advantage of the mulligan and go for the fixed increase).  ^_^

Well, anyone got an ideas how to solve this encounter? Our tanks are at half HP and I've been out of spells for a month now...we really can't afford any more combat. We've got 20 seconds (two turns) to do something before we get mobbed. I suppose we can circle around and kill the battering ram dudes...but we still don't have a way inside...
