Lesse... I like it, but I'm a bit conflicted. Didn't we kind of have something else we were already questing to go do? In addition, a lot of the battles felt kinda... easy? Not the mounting or Cyanwrath, but the mooks felt unnaturally stupid. I am enjoying myself though.
Honestly, that could just be a gripe against the module. If the enemies were intelligent, the Kobolds would have either retreated, or blown battle horns and summoned enough reinforcements from their army to overwhelm us as soon as we showed up, and the Dragon would have turned around and eaten you whole for daring to ride on it's back.
It's a Lv.1 adventure, tho, it was designed to go a bit easy on the players-let them get a bearing on how their team works together, how to chain their abilities.
Mayeb, but it still stretches my suspension of disbelief that the thing that could have quite easily killed us all actually just kind of... didn't.
I realise a lot of my disinterest is probably sourced from me, but there's nothing that inspires me about the module or the characters within, so nothing particularly interesting happens, so I'm not interested or inspired...so I robbed the music box, and some kids got in trouble for it, but beyond that I didn't see much to do with that. Perhaps I've just ran out of good writing, and can't make anything interesting anymore. Perhaps I couldn't ever, and just had shittier judgement.
Regardless, I wonder if it's worth me dropping out. The character in the waitlist is pretty much the same, down to a nice big scar. So it's not like it'd unbalance the party.
