Alright, updates at glacial speed...

Can you other guys figure out what you are doing in city for the next few days? 'Looking for trouble at the river' would work. I already did mine, and am waiting for you to catch up to me in the future. So we can continue the adventuuuuure.

Things to do in town: (Roll a d20 or pick one)
  • Investigate possible secret societies.
  • Shop.
  • Train in a skill.
  • Learn a language.
  • Craft gear, magical or mundane.
  • Carouse. In other words, get shitfaced.
  • Work.
  • Pray.
  • Make the DM come up with new lore, I mean, research stuff in a library.
  • Train an animal.
  • Spread rumors.
  • Start a political career.
  • Start a business.
  • Gain renown.
  • Petty crime.
  • Commit felonies.
  • Make art.
  • Write letters.
  • Twiddle your thumbs.
  • Roll twice more, and figure out some way to do both at the same time.

So I'm thinking 1 or 7. Rex is trained so I probably don't need to do 10?

I will go with 7 helping the guard, but if 1 shows up...

Cora would probably find herself making sure those eggs are taken care of, oooor going to the library to research things relevant to her situation.

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

Some people have lives off the forum and don't post immediately following an update, you realize :P

Sometimes the Forgotten Realms gives me a headache: in researching this post, I accidentally went on a FR wiki dive, where I learned that, canonically, there are cops who live on asteroids in orbit around the moon. And, those asteroids exist because dragons shot the moon by accident ~5000 years ago.

I wish I could make this stuff up.
