There are two ways to remove exhaustion; a long rest and a fifth level spell. You need to rest for two days to recover fully.

I think we should be trying to retreat from this odious encounter. We haven't even scratched the drakes, haven't really done anything but get injured alot. Also the ceiling monster could attack again, giving us a TPK. Because that's totally fair.

...Why are we still here? :P
