But it serves its purpose. Just because the gods haven't gone out of their way to fix the world doesn't mean their evil, it just means they're neutral.

That is assuming that there are gods, or atleast gods that are still active.

Let's get settled first before we start any sacrificing.

This may have been answered, but I'm going to ask anyway. Do we have a good, clean source of water? As far as the whole sacrificing thing, I won't go so far as to say curse the gods, but survival comes first, then worship. Treating the injured and dragging the deer away sounds good, and let's also send teams to inspect the factory, server room, and quarters, and get them back into working order.

Reconquering
An illustrated suggestion colony (re)builder

[Knowledge Database]
[Story and turn overview in the opening post]

Turn 7
June 2171

The group of doctors finished to identify the victims of the unexpected power failure.
People were given access to their relatives to say good bye and do whatever they do with their dead relatives.
There will not be an official ceremony. People will take care of that themselves when the time is there, if they want to.
To know what happened to their relatives gave the people a morale boost, and they are determined to finish their task to reconquer the world they once knew.
It will be a long and hard way, but it surely can be done, step by step.

The engineers working on the capsules thought ahead and made room for the wall to lower itself down before caring about any othe capsules.
It will take a while, though. It is a big room, and a massive wall.
Fortunately the process does not need that much energy, also a reason why it takes so long.

The inhabitants inside the bunker decide against the suggestion to sacrifice anything or even pray to strange gods from some fantasy universe.
In the end the administrator has to decide, but it is unlikely that the voices in his head will decide to let religion influence the colony too much.
Instead, they will take samples from the deer to analyze them in the soon to be ready laboratory.
It will have everything needed to do that safely, but bringing the whole carcass into the bunker would be still too dangerous.

A small group of guards stay outside to guard the carcass and inform about any other beasts that may come too close to the bunker.

Some guards and workers go and begin to take stock of the armory.

To celebrate the first administrator of this colony, the guards and scientists suggest that he can name the deer,
and also give the colony a name.

Some doctors take care about the injured guards and setup an improvised hospital in the living quarters.
This will slightly decrease the regeneration time of the injured (I added a "Hospital queue" underneath the population overview)

Some scientists and engineers are going to inspect the server room. They suspect the power failure to be the cause, but it needs to be taken care of, either way.

A group of workers and engineers heads to the factory to see what it is capable of get it ready to produce.

There won't be a water problem.
There is a large system underneath the bunker, storing huge amounts of water with filters and circulating systems and so on.
It is very advanced, and most used water is perfectly recycled.
It has its own fusion reactor, which seems to be running smoothly.

Set all free engineers on repairing the reactors, all free workers on storing the capsules, and 10 guards in a group to do some scouting outside the bunker.

We should create a graveyard and start burying the dead outside of the bunker.

Each individual will be handling the burials and funeral arrangements of those who died. We need not worry about that. . . . I dont in now what we need to worry about,  though.

The Pilot and their cargo handlers paused when they saw that the entire camp is covered in eldritch runes coated in blood. And rotting monkey corpses everywhere..

They decide that they didn't get paid enough for this..

Well, some place to bury corpses wouldn't be bad.

There is diesel and there are advanced batteries for electric motors.
There are no vehicles in the bunker, but the factory can create the needed parts.

We should also inspect how much damage, if any, the deer caused to the entrance, and repair it.
