"I will go check out the elevators, maybe they lead to other floors."

Look around to see if there are any labels or buttons on the elevators.

The elevator banks are numbered 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The flow of other citizens in and out is roughly equal.

Enter an elevator and push in the button numbered 4, then check the numbers of the briefing rooms
Follow Teddy-R
You wait for an unoccupied 4 elevator, and ride it to its only stop. After several minutes of the Teela-O-MLY theme tune, the doors hiss open, and you find yourselves alone in a long, white  corridor, with a narrow red stripe down the centre and along the walls.. There is absolute silence in here. About thirty meters down the corridor, there is a desk with a citizen seated at it, calmly working on something. Flanking her are two guardbots.

What do you do?
"Maybe we should split up, anyone want to try elevator bank 4?"
Teddy-R and Wellis-R have already vanished into the bustle. Croc-R, Blood-R and Ga-R look confusedly at you.

Asks citizen question.

"Excuse me, but would you happen to know where briefing room 44222 is?"

"Okay I will go to elevator 2 bank then, see what is there and then meet back here."

Get on an elevator from bank 2 and see what buttons I can push.

Look at the briefing room numbers
Actually, just wander around the area, if briefing room 44222 is not found simply go down a level and repeat the process
((I misread that, thus the edit))

"Ah, hope you are feeling better.  This is really exciting isn't it?  Hope we can get to the room soon."

Push whatever button in the elevator looks like it will take us to the FBR floor.

Asks citizen question.

"Excuse me, but would you happen to know where briefing room 44222 is?"
You walk gingerly up to the desk and ask the lady working there, who merely glances up, hands you a lapel tag with a white stripe and points to the bay door on the left.
"Thirty doors down, Troubleshooter. Black door. Can't miss it."
Look at the briefing room numbers
Actually, just wander around the area, if briefing room 44222 is not found simply go down a level and repeat the process.
You begin wandering aimlessly, when suddenly there's a robotic buzz, followed by a BLAM BLAM BLAM and [9, 7] you find yourself flat on your ass in the white section of the corridor, shoulder stinging like hell as one of the guardbots rolls down the hall towards you, calmly stating:
You are not authorised for areas of clearance Ultraviolet, Troubleshooter Teddy-R-OOS-1. Depart the area immediately or face further punitive action..
Crap.
Get on an elevator from bank 2 and see what buttons I can push.
Follow Joe-R.
Push whatever button in the elevator looks like it will take us to the FBR floor.
Go with.
You file into the elevator [18]. Joe-R just punches all the buttons and keys over and over until the elevator beeps, slams the doors shut on the arm of an unfortunate Infrared, and rockets its passengers upwards. As Joe-R screams along with the rest of the unfortunate passengers, he briefly remembers that FBR is the sector designation, and therefore punching in "FBR RIGHT NOW YOU SACK OF CRAP" ten times was probbably a bad idea.

Everyone else
As you stand there, drooling slightly, a couple of Red IntSec goons come over and gawk at you.
