If I can peform this full action, then sprint back in, stab J, and sprint back out into the tunnel.
If not, then sneak to the door and throw a knife at closest gretchin. Retreat one tile north if threatened.

Move down the hallway. If nothing new presents itself and it just leads to the fire, go back and take that unexplored hallway to the east.

I walk back down the hallway we came from, go right, and check out the door. If I don't see any monsters nearby, I simply wait there for everyone else to catch up, listening for any signs of movement.

But if I do see a beastie, I STAB IT!!

You follow the two South back to the hallway where you burned down your door.
Grigori alerts you about the two Troglodytes to the East.

You follow Grigori down your first steps.
Around the bend, there's now two Troglodytes in the East heading for the Northern room.

You rush in, locate J, and stab him to death.

You gain 21 exp and Gretchin J drops three coins.
You've leveled up! (14 exp until next level)

After you've rushed back out, you listen in, and hear the Gretchins jumping away; it looks like they're retreating.
On the other hand, you hear hasty steps from the North gradually getting louder.

Grigori

You walk down the hallway of adventure.
It leads back to the place with the fire - the door seems to have been completely burned off.
In the East are two Troglodytes; they seem to be going to the room with the chest after exiting the East room.

Desim

You move North into a new, unlit hallway.
It extends to the East and West. You can see the West end, which turns North.
There are a few doors: a North door to the East, another North door to the West, and a West door at the end of the West side.
There's a few sounds coming from the East; listening closely, you hear that it sounds like soft thumps, spaced about a second apart.

Oh crap, I'm in trap? Whatever, I want my loot. Stabbity stab Gretchin F and loot as much as I can without getting too close anyone and retreat back to the doorway. Or, if the doorway appears to be blocked by hostiles, northeast corner of the room.

Corner is not safe spot to be but there isn't much options for open space.

What happened to Nidilap?
I'm not sure. He stopped responding around Turn 12 or so.
I've poked and messaged him a few times since then, but he still has yet to respond.

I'll need an actual colour. I'm not going to figure out some excel script to roll random colours for every single letter.
