Send out two squads, each consisting of 3 spearmen and 2 blowgunners to scout the area. Head towards the cave with the others.

You give your orders and the two squads depart. You then proceed to the cave. 3 Days later...

Whenever you reach it however,you see a tiny furry little creature sharpening a wooden spear in front of the cave, It notices you and yells gibberish before getting into a defensive position. You also see some smoke coming out of the cave mouth. What do you do?

Make a spearwall, and slowly (we're slugs after all) advance on him with the blogunner in fronts. Have them kill the furry things, if it charge retreat behind the spear wall.
