My favorite is the one that stops you in the middle of the street and asks if you think she's pretty. Then she'll remove her mask and reveal a Glasgow Grin and ask you again. If you say yes she'll give you one since pretty is very similar to cut. If you say no then she kills you for being rude. If you say she's average she'll get confused and you can leave. She also lets you go if you give her candy or tell her you're busy.

Beginning trait: Small transformation. Only their features, though; slight facial changes and things such as freckles, nothing more complicated than that.

Description: Chiroko is rather small and lithe. They keep their black hair short; just above the back of their neck. They're very calm and collected as well, and only show the smallest amount of emotion. It's very easy for them to lie, as they do often, in order to further their false identities. Their name was the only thing about themselves that they revealed to the program. ((Whatever this group of people is called.))

Backstory: Born twenty-one years and three months ago to a moderately successful family, Chiroko had a happy childhood, free of emotional stress.
...Well, that's what their family thought. Chiroko actually got into lots and lots of problems at school, most of which were indirectly their fault. Insulting other students, injuries, damage to school property... the worst incident happened when Chiroko was sixteen, when they pushed another student into the path of a car after school let out, resulting in the death of that student and injury to the driver.

While Chiroko's parents wanted to bring them to counseling (Chiroko was appallingly apathetic about the whole thing, as it was), Chiroko wanted none of that. They left their home and traveled to Asia, somehow hitchhiking or carjacking their way to Europe, where they found a small apartment to live in.

Of course, their delinquency didn't end once they left Japan. It was a rather simple thought process for them, actually. If they wanted something, they would get it, legally or not. This, of course, led to a lot of different people entering and leaving their apartment in the passing years, but it wasn't hard for them to keep up their disguises. Eventually, though, they made a mistake, as all criminals do, and got caught. On the way to the prison, the transport vehicle was hijacked by a fellow detainee, whom they escaped with. Several escapades later, the two of them were brought in together and now reside in [name of Legends agency].

Thinking about it, I would have a question regarding the stats.

I was under the impression that we have "normal" human stats, and anything we put points in allows us to "transcend" human ability. Obviously currently only at 5% of our true apptitude, but still.

Or rather, to ask it more directly: Would Bjarke's 20 points in charisma mean that he is extremely introverted, if not autistic, or just that his sub-human focus lies elsewhere?

No, the 20 charisma would be uncharismatic, but not extremely so. An average human would have a score of ~2/3. With 5% of the 20 Bjarke would have a score of 1, which isn't too much below. A score of 0 would be more extreme, but still possible for a human - it'd just become an issue later in the game. On the other end, a score of 5 would probably be the about top for a human without them being noted for it (ie. excluding people who devote their lives to things, like professional athletes.)

Later in the game, all but the most extremely uncharismatic of characters will have a fair amount of presence, as the power starts to shine through somewhat.

Let's see, if an average person has a 2 in a stat then that means... that Kyle at maximum potential, not counting other gains from luck, is about fifty time better at everything than everyone.
