The crates contain quite a variety of basic equipment - you recognise most of it as being from the Allies' own arms manufacturer, Blackard. the voice echoes out over the tannoy again.
"Take whatever equipment you can carry, and desire. There is some more specialised equipment available, but first you must learn to use the basics.RoF - The number of shots that can be performed in a single action
Move(Y/N) - whether the player can move and shoot this on the same turn
Mag - the number of shots that can be fired before a reload
Damage - arbitrary units - a rough guide to how much damage is dealt by a shot before being modified by accuracy.
Alternate firing stat - some weapons (mostly those with high recoil) may utilise some stats other than perception. Format Stat1+2 = 1/2
Ranges & accuracy:
Divided into descriptive distances (ie, Melee/v.short, Short, Medium, Long, V.Long, Extreme), each of which has a multiplier for the attack roll. Better rolls do better damage.
