So basically a game where you watch Strongbad go around trying to pick up chicks while Max/Heavy/Tycho shoot the shit and make fun of him?

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate and XCOM: Enemy Within.

Either hordes of inaccurate redshirts taking on giant monsters, or a few super-elite units taking on giant aliens and turning their carcasses into hats.

Planetside 2 and Dwarf Fortress.

I want that to happen now.

The Dwarven Republic has holed up in Subterranean Nanite Analysis on Amerish, (The hardest base to attack, if you don't have the numbers. The closest base to a Dwarven fort I can think of.) with the Goblin Conglomerate besieging them. The battle is a stalemate. Reinforcements cancel flank the enemy: Too busy attacking the Elven Sovereignty at the Crown on Indar.
The battle rank 1 marksdwarf, Urist McNoob, spawns into the battle and sees a sock dropped in the No mans land between the two sides, so he runs out of cover towards it. A Goblin Conglomerate Max unit fires both arm mounted heavy shotguns at Urist. The flying shotgun pellets strike Urist McNoob in the everywhere, tearing the fat, bruising the muscle, and jamming the brain through the skull! An artery has been opened by the attack! Urist McNoob has been struck down!

Personally I see NC as dwarves (Shotguns and actual armor seem dwarven to me), but it is a good bit anyways...

Cataclysm:DDA and Unturned.

 A game of near-complete freedom, where you must build to survive the cataclysm. Watch as NPCs hand you armed mininukes while other players deathmatch you relentlessly while the zombies all mutate into shocker necromancer hulks.
 Graphics may not be included.

(in other words, what Catta may be someday...)

Mordheim + Cities: Skylines.

I supposed you'd play as the Shadowlord building your own personal City of the Damned, then have warband skirmishes in the places you've built.

I'd get Stellaris, presumably. After all, the games I played were Starbound and Europa Universalis 4.

EU4 in Spess? Yeah. I've got a boring combination. Unless of course you don't consider planets randomly exploding into a writhing mass of tentacles boring, of course.
