A country has just privatized their transport network and three corporations are trying to take the biggest share.
You are in control of a type of transport infrastructure in a small region, for a global corporation. You have allies (who work for the same corporation) and enemies (who work for other corporations). It's your turn to try and ruin the other players; and given your small budget, you'd better cooperate with the other managers of your corp.

Hum...

A choice of games game set in the Lord of the rings universe starring the ranger from Shadow of Mordor. That could actually be really awesome :P

Left 4 Dead + Deus Ex Human Revolution = really stilted Left 4 Dead or a Human Revolution that plays like the original Deus Ex.

Metal Gear Solid V + Kerbal Space Program

The only thing better than close air support is orbital support.
Also the original Metal Gear concept is to fire nukes ballistically, so they can't be tracked.  Seems vaguely Kerbal to me, if it were at all possible (and thanks to KSP, I understand *why* it's impossible).

Ballistic missiles are impossible now?

ICBMs are rocket-propelled, they can be detected and their destinations predicted.  Russia apparently made one that went into low orbit first, which was a no-no since the destination *couldn't* be predicted.

In Metal Gear the nukes have no rockets, they're simply launched from a railgun with enough speed to reach the target.  Which is crazy.  Ignoring the sheer amount of power such a tiny railgun would require, the bomb would have to be traveling a whole lot faster than its reentry speed.  Since wind resistance increases with the cube of velocity.

And reentry is already rough enough that they need heat-shields.  If I had to make an uneducated guess, the initial velocity sufficient to do this would be like a meteor impact at the launch site.

Edit: Put another way...  ICBMs apparently burn solid fuel for about 3-5 minutes.  Towards the end of that they're a few thousand miles above sea level, where the air is thin.  We're talking about doing all that acceleration in the space of a second or two, plus a *lot* more acceleration to overcome the thickness of the air.  The air is going to lodge a very active complaint.
PLUS the equal and opposite reaction on the ground.

Oh, I get you. Ballistic as in only being accelerated by gravity during flight, rather than following a ballistic trajectory.

But that wouldn't stop it getting into MGS. It's not like Kojima usually pays too much attention to reality. Like that thing in the newest game with the balloons. There is no recovery system that works by hauling the target up into the sky on a balloon.

No? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fulton_surface-to-air_recovery_system

Edit: Yeah, doesn't necessarily "lift" the recoveree into air.

Oh, it doesn't bother me!  I wish MORE games had impossibly powerful railguns :D
Also I knew fultons were real but not that they were actually used on people :o
Obviously Kojima takes some liberties

That is definitely a thing already, depending on your interpretation of "dance".

Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate and Story of Seasons.

Run a farm for money and to attract traders, while sometimes going out to hunt or tame obscenely large/cool monsters to add to the farm.

...I want this now.

Farm... check
Traders... check
Trading farm items with traders... possible
Hunt large monsters... check

Only need taming and the possibility to add them to the farm. And I believe you had pet monsters in one MH.

I wait for the day we can send a tame Tigrex to hunt a monster. Kinda MonHun + Pokemon

Bloodbowl II and Dwarf fortress.

.....actually that's just a dwarf vs goblin/orc team....not all that unusual.  Maybe if instead of a deathroller the dwarf team could just hide weapon traps all over the pitch...

...With play by play announcements by Captain Ironblood and Sankis....
