An MMOFPS with turn-based 4x empire building aspects. It would have space/land/air battles with customizable spaceships and... oh jesus it would be sweet O_O

Dungeons of Dredmor + Edna and Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes = something similar to Dredmor, except you're battling your character's inner demons instead of actual demons, and he gnomes would be more potato shaped.
