Overwatch, Europa Universalis IV.

20 minutes into the future, you run an organization of cyborgs and supers to defend -- or dominate -- the planet. Direct the fate of your faction and deal with unending waves of peasant uprisings!

Oh man, the panic spirals would be LEGENDARY! Alternatively, let's have Tygan practice surgery on the Advent troopers, he's only a novice surgeon...this does not bode well

Telltale's Game of Thrones

The Sims 3

A game where you must arrange politically tactical marriages, climb the ranks, and take advantage of inheritance laws by murdering your father-in-law by drowning him in a pool during a wedding.

This sounds like a really interesting concept.  With fantasy games typically putting so much stock in prophecies coming true, it would be interesting to see a game where they don't, or only partially come true (ie. the world ending stuff but not the hero that would save the world stuff).  Even better if random individuals keep showing up to 'fulfill the prophecy'.

Yes, actually, now that I think about it. Except set in white-middle class suburbia.

Stellaris and Gods Eater Burst

I guess it'd be something like a 4x sci-fi game where you would use mechs(like gundum/robotech) as the units, and when they get into fights, you'd take control and the combat would play out like gods eater(it's like Monster hunter for those that don't know). It kinda fits since stellaris early game focuses a lot on dealing with non-empire enemies, not too sure how fighting other empires would play out though.

Despite how much fun this sounds to me, it'd take an obscene amount of work to get either part at the level of polish needed to be successful.

Pixel piracy and Saints Row the third.

Yes i'm salty so very salty.

Crusader Kings 2 and The Secret World...

You play as one of many secret societies around the world trying to simultaneously uphold the masquerade, wrest power from the other societies, protect the innocent from the things that go bump in the night and try to gain influence on governments, powerful organisations and religions.
You send out strike teams to deal with supernatural occurences on your turf, to assist allied "normals" fighting monsters, or to try hinder the operations of your opponents.
