RDR2 and Halo Reach Firefight

You're a augmented supersoldier in powered armor fighting ever-increasing waves of gov't forces, from cops to pinkertons to Army circa 1899.

Alternative: You're Arthur Morgan, desperately fighting against a horde of vicious alien invaders to survive. Hope you brought dynamite arrows for the Elites.

Max Payne 3 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure. Bullet time doesn't seem like it would translate too well with Counter-strike's fast-paced shooting mechanics.

Alternatively, special forces operatives get into a lot of slow-motion gun battles after a number of strange terrorist attacks that all seem drug-related.

I'm pretty sure that's an actual game... A few of them, at that. First there was that HL2 mod with the action movie combat, then there were a bunch of similar mods and standalones.

Or just CS:GO, but everything on the purchase wheel is booze and self-loathing and you're wearing a special Hawaiian shirt you got from a loot crate.

So it's just like CS except with booze?

Yes.

Remember to save your self-loathing so you can use it again next round.

Nah, after 100 rounds of CS the self-loathing reaches the critical point and becomes functionally unlimited.

Honestly, looking at Max Payne 3 Multiplayer (which does exist and which I wish I could play but can't since there are so few people playing it), some of the ways loadouts interact is pretty interesting.

There was a system where the armor and weapons you equipped would determine your movement speed and (I think?) HP, as well as your stamina for sprinting.

Most noticeable, however, were the bursts - special abilities that can be used once you have enough Adrenaline - the stuff you use to shootdodge, as well. Bursts include things like like "Big Dog", which boosts health for yourself and, with enough Adrenaline stored up, your entire team, or "Hangover", which causes enemies to respawn with less health and stamina. These bursts could be countered with other bursts, certain behaviors, or gear items - for instance, the traditional effects of Bullet Time (which, in this mode, affect anyone who can see or is seen by the person using Bullet Time, I think), which aid allies and slow down enemies, can be countered with the Pocket Watch - which will give Bullet Time's positive effects to the player using it regardless of their origin, ally or enemy. ID cards can be equipped to prevent skills like "Paranoia" or "Sneaky", both of which mess up friend or foe identification for a team.

Again, I wish I could play it. Dunno how a crossover between the two games would work, but still.

Epic Battle Fantasy 5 and Slay the Spire.

It's Epic Battle Fantasy 5 with Slay the Spire's card based battle mechanics. It could work, really. It would be infuriating if you drew a full hand of Holy Lights, Judgements and Defends against, let's say, a crucified fallen, but it's not like those things don't already happen in Slay the Spire. The question is: Which cards synergize well with Seiken?

The trick is you have to wait till the second guy (the one with the double-barrel) is walking past the door, throw it open to knock him over, turn quickly and assault rifle the knife and bat guys in the same room which will attract more enemies so you grab the double barrel off the ground and blindly fire it down the hall, then back up into cover, grabbing your rifle again to mop up anyone why survived the shotgun and by now like two seconds have passed so you should finish off the guy you knocked down earlier before he grabs a knife and stabs you and if you've made it this far you're in the top 10% of runs already so just play it by ear from here and hope you don't die.
Simple, right?

Huh, it's out already? And apparently suddenly haves Oblivion-look-alike leveling. =\
