You get up, notice that the pale you kicked is much slower to move, and slash it's head in half exposing it's infected grey matter and splattering blood everywhere.

Upon observation you notice the blood seems to be more vivacious and darker than it should be, their flesh is pale and almost rotting looking with it's pale tint. You can't tell if they were really alive or not...
