You are welpling

You are a young dragon, a welpling.
You are in a brood cave, there are corpses of creatures littered around and several other welpling eating off of them.
It is pretty warm here, and wet, blood, bones, and shells both fresh and old coat the floor.
You are hungry, and thirsty, and you have some other more abstract wants you cant place names to yet.
You shake off you remains of eggshell from your tiny body.
What do you do now?

You search for shiny objects, this seems to satiate some primal urge more powerful and overriding then even hunger or thirst.
You cant find anything shiny in this dark brood cave.

You make attempts to eat, the mangled pile you make claim of is full of meat that is tough to get at but tasty and full of fat.
You cant really fit very much in your tiny belly and become full quickly.
You make efforts to breath elemental fury, but it just ends up making squeaking noises and your mouth sour.

Find a friend and drag your mangled piles together while attempting to recruit allies and stealing resources from your enemies.

You don't see anything blue about, actually you don't see much of any color but blood soaked color.
You know there is a way out upwards, you don't know how you know, but you know.
You try to interact with the other welplings, but they are overly unfriendly and don't want anything to do with you or each other.
You try to play with the other welplings, they don't want to play nice.

Ambush a weapling, bite him at the throat, kill him, devour him. THAT'S WHAT HE GETS FOR NOT PLAYING WITH US

You jump on one on the other welpings, biting and clawing at its neck, the other welping fights back with swinging tail and flapping wings.
You bite down hard, "Squeak!" your prey struggles and wiggles to dislodge you.
Your ineffective teeth cant really do much to the other welpling.
