There are a few field showers, plus some for crew in the service tunnels east of the bay. But yeah, there is usually a line in front of each.

I'll say that the commissars and the priest have separate tents, while everybody else shares a single large one.

Also, brown is reserved for NPCs.

Most people would stow it in their locker in one of the storage containers, but it is possible that it's with you if you're paranoid.
