THING THE SECOND:

GTA V CREW.
Timferious has told me that the former is dead. Time to start fresh, baby! I've decided that, fuck it, I'm gonna make one anyway. I'll do something fruity with a poll soon- Don't worry.

Without any more stalling, presenting...Bay Twelve. It's not much now, but given time I'm sure it'll be great! PM me with your name and such and I'll add you. I need to sort out the hierarchy, though.

The only reason I can think that they have delayed it again is that they are having issues optimising it.

When the game is released, we will either see a highly polished version of the game - perhaps THE definitive version - or a horribly messy port.

I was really looking forward to getting this at the end of the month, I guess I'll have to keep playing it on the PS4.

Any hype I had for GTA 5 has long since passed. I'll probably pick it up on it's first decent sale.

They optimize their PC ports now? The last (3d) one I played on PC was Vice City and it ran pretty terribly.

I did try GTA V/Online on 360, but didn't find it enjoyable at all, so I'm just going to ignore it when it shows up on PC.

Will get it for the MP primarily, SP whenever I have too much time to kill. Whether I pay full price for it depends on how badly my friends want to play it, but my gut sense is I only care enough to pay $30 or so.

Its not bad for what it is.  I did spend some time playing it.  Heists were pretty fun to run through, but the variations to it are few, so it doesn't have replay value, sadly.  (Personally, the highlight of the single player are the heists.)

Aye. But I actually loved pretty much all of the story, fanboyish as that makes me. But yeah, the heists were the best part. MP is pretty blegh, overall. Fun with friends. I'll give the poll a few more days before I switch it to Crew or not.

Judging by the constant delays, GTA V will probably be released on PC simultaneously with the console release of GTA VI.
If I'm not mistaken, this is the biggest delay of a PC version in the history of GTA. GTA V was released on consoles in 2013, and there hasn't been a PC version since then.

There hasn't been a good Rockstar PC release since I don't even know when. They gave up on us.
I'm not holding out hope for this one.
If it ends up being as shoddy of a port as IV, I'm never buying it. Screw them and screw their business practices.
If it actually merited this kind of delay, maybe.
