His family hails from Ba Sing Se, from one of the poorer districts. Being without bending powers himself, he helped his family maintain their tea house. To make up for his lack of bending, Wei has always tried to construct gadgets to help himself in daily life. At the age of 28, after the death of his parents, he changed his name and moved to republic city to try and build up a new life. Through a series of events he has never before discussed with anyone, he ended up owning a bar. Nothing fancy, but he plays the part of barkeep when there are customers about and goes to his work room in the garage/storeroom to tinker with gadgets when there aren't many customers. Non-bender though he might be, times in the Ba Sing Se poor quarter did not produce weaklings. From time to time, drunken louts and thugs think they can bully the barkeep. But simply put, Wei can punch faster than most benders can bend.

Today, the Jolly Plum stands proud as ever, meaning it looks like the seediest of bars. Still, it's mostly thug free and has reasonable prices.

Name: Sange 'Earthshaker' Yashaul
Age: 24
Appearance: This man is very large and muscular. The only thing remotely feminine about him is his battle dress, which still looks manly on him. However, despite his bulkiness, this pinnacle of masculinity still appears to be handsome.

Backstory:  Great-grandson of professional wrestler the 'Boulder', Sange resumed the family tradition by becoming the 'Earthshaker', a title derived from his unique style of bending. His father, known as the 'Pulverizer', became the grand champion of the Earth Kingdom's wrestling tournament and urged Sange to do the same. Sange trained ruthlessly with both target dummies and live opponents, constantly sculpting his muscles and honing his earthbending skills simultaneously.

Positive Traits: Extremely muscular. Like, really muscular. They bulge even more when he's fighting. Sange isn't called Earthshaker for nothing - when fighting, every step he takes seems to shake the earth around him, often throwing people off balance. Him actually smashing at the ground is a whole different level of earthquake, and has been recorded as a registered earthquake several times.

Negative traits: While the Earthshaker speaks in third person often and is quite bombastic and reckless, he also has a weakness to women despite his strong and confident to charisma.
