((Note: While in the UR, the tavern is not in Republic City, it's at the foot of some mountains near the coast in the southern end of the UR. You could say it's a bit out in the sticks, so to speak. At this point, it's somewhat like a large, disreputable motel.))
((Since I have no standard on how much things should cost, since cost is mentioned only very few times in the series, and I'd rather not keep track of money, it works like this: when you want to buy something, you roll to see if you can afford it. The more expensive an item is, the more minuses to the roll, and having stacks of cash gives pluses. If you have more than a pitiful amount of money, small purchases don't need a roll. The currency is pink paper bills called yuans.))
((Also, since this is fairly active so far, I should probably lay out my schedule. I'm on PST, classes starting at 10-11 in the AM during the week, and concluding at either 11 AM or 3:30 PM. I tend to do most of my course work at night or in the morning. I try to get to bed by 11 PM))

He Shows his Tooth Necklace.
[18+3 v 15+1] The huge man easily withstands the punches and lifts up Lei by the throat. [3, 7+2 v 11] He is unable to draw his knife to retaliate, but his assailant changes to a one handed grip, drawing a knife with his other hand to block as Turo draws his sword and strikes.
The bartender calls over "Hey! Put those away!"
Ignoring the scuffle, Mar orders himself a whiskey, or the equivalent of it.
( I feel like going to bed kinda put me behind on the RP)
(Ironically, me too)
Mar gets a cup of very hard rice spirits.
