There's two endings, with different dialogue for each that depends on which Creed you followed.

Not much is added in NG+ though. Enemies just get beefier. Which is a shame. New enemies, new enemy placements, new items, etc. would have been great.

I really hope they put out more content for this, I'd definitely play more. If I had my druthers I'd want them flesh out NG+ features. More enemy attacks, different loot (at least get rid of the base line salt items.) Rings apparently are unique so if you pick up one you already have the second one just poofs. :/ I trashed Sodden Knight the first time and only decided to heal just to be on the safe side. NG+ definitely needs sexing up but unfortunately updating the core game doesn't tend to pay the bills like DLC.
