tl;dr: Did you have a fortress-marriage? If so, how?

Fortress marriage, yes. Fortress-born marriage, no.

1. Kick out those who can't get married (used exile script. Magma would also work)
2. Give everybody Winter off each year so they can socialize freely.
3. Small dining room.

Congratulations, unfortunately this interesting part is completely drowned out by the genealogy stuff in this thread. Can you write more about the rate of socialising in your fort - general relations, conversationalist skill ...?
