Yes...but I don't know yours nor his, and I don't know that that's the sole criteria Tarn uses. It's not that difficult to have two different devices with different IPs (my cellphone connecting over 3G would have a totally different IP range than my laptop on home wi-fi, for instance).

Voter fraud is not the correct terminology here: that's only when the voter themselves have committed the fraud.

If it's deliberate, this is what is called vote suppression.

The results being shown from Maricopa County are apparently the early-voting absentee ballots. Apparently Trump benefitted from 18 percent of those going to Rubio (and hence not Cruz or Kasich).

The Guardian's AP livefeed of the votes has already called Trump for Arizona. Arizona is total WTA, so, whether or not he reaches 50% there doesn't matter, but would be significant if he did breach 50%

Clinton's got Arizona, by virtue of getting Maricopa county. Arizona is one of those "80% of the state lives in one place" wastelands. Sanders likely to win Idaho and Utah, but Arizona counts for more delegates than Utah and Idaho put together. Sadly, this is one Bernie really needed to win and win strong. He never developed the kind of support in the Hispanic community that Clinton to offset Hillary's black bloc and her dominating wins in the South.
