It was pretty clear that they didn't have control of the situation last night, at least initially.

That's not the impression I got.  Three injuries and five arrests isn't exactly a full blown riot.  More like a slow night after a football game.

i do like this quote though. Obama like, seriously people! did you not expect this!

I've always thought Obama was pretty charismatic and likable from a personal point of view, but I think I like "lame duck, don't give a fuck" Obama even more... I just wish his policies were a bit more likable.

That tends to be the fallback or default for some people.

Anyway [sarcasm]surprise, surprise[/sarcasm], trump goes and says the usual stuff he always does and bashes the protestors and does nothing to tone it down. Plus he's accusing Sanders of riling them up, so, yeah....

Also, I've seen in various places that nobody's seen anything like this in their careers and maybe lifetimes, nothing this bad at least.

I don't really see how it's Trump's fault that people crashed and ruined his event, then harassed the legitimate attendees and fought with police officers as they were leaving when it was cancelled. It sounds very much like people just don't like Trump, and are willing to overlook what was honestly a pretty shameful display because at the end of the day, it got his event cancelled.

Yeah. I'd been planning on posting about this, but didn't have time (and know absolutely nothing about the Reagans, tbh, other than the whole jelly bean thing).

I'm kind of pissed and starting to agree with the people who see Clinton as buddying up with The Dark Side. I'd still rather have her as president than any of the other clowns in this election because she's not Chaotic or Lawful Evil and has some concrete policy plans, but I'd rather get Obama Round 3.
