I don't know that I've ever seen her claim that Wall Street is broken. I've seen her warn that they're heading in the direction of being broken (rightly stating some months back that there needs to stop being such a focus on quarterly profits), but not that they're already to the point of being broken.

The democratic party doesn't say that it's a god given right for wall street to lie to investors and cheat borrowers.  The democratic party in 1856 said that slavery was a god given right.

Pretty much. The idea was to make a "weapons control" bill so that the NRA types would jump on opposing it and make themselves look ridiculous. So far it's working pretty well. To be fair though the ATF has stated that flamethrowers are not firearms, and so are outside the Federal restrictions on firearms. And only California and Maryland have regulations on flamethrowers.

And behold, you can buy a fucking flamethrower online. I noticed in their testimonials that one of the guys who bought one is a Krav Maga instructor, and they apparently use their flamethrower as part of training. This guy is local to me. 
This guy is also an noted outspoken right-winger who supports Uganda's anti-gay laws, thinks Obama is a Kenyan, is a contributor to WorldNetDaily, and had his first name changed to "Molotov".

So yeah....I don't know that it's necessarily a good idea to let this guy have unrestricted access to a flamethrower. Just sayin'. He might decide to make the term "flaming queer" a little too literal.

To backtrack a bit, Redking, you totally missed the on the nail metaphor for antebellum politics.  The democrats today are the republicans of back then.  Bernie Sanders is John Fremont, who could literally mobilize an army of supporters.  Clinton/O'Malley/Webb are the ex-Whig republicans who hijacked the Free Soil party.

Trump has stated that he wants to choose a political insider for his VP pick. Which is a smart move, but how is that going to sit with his supporters? And how quick will Ted Cruz jump all over that shit and say that, if nominated, he will select a total outsider for his VP pick -- maybe Ted Nugent? "Ted & Ted" has a nice ring to it. As does "Crugent".
