Yeah.

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-and-rubio-question-president-obama%e2%80%99s-visit-to-a-mosque/ar-BBp6jEl

(Trump's always saying crazy things, so I didn't mention him, but Rubio's supposed to be the sane "establishment" candidate.)

Quote
And then followed it up by saying "We can disagree on things, right? I'm a Dolphins fan, you're a Patriots fan."

I hate it when people do that shit. They rapidly disagree with you on something that has a moral and ethical dimension, then retreat back from it and act like it's "just like being a fan of football."

Hating Muslims has no relation to what fucking sports team you cheer for.
I dunno....if you're a Broncos fan and one of your star cornerbacks is Aqib Talib...

But yeah, when Philly fans start suicide bombing the Dallas Cowboys' stadium, then it can be a fair cop. (I'm not saying that COULDN'T happen....I mean, we are talking about Philly here...the only fanbase that booed Santa Claus, cheered a guy breaking his neck, and throws batteries at opposing teams)

To me, it was just "Uhh...gotta bash Obama somewhow...hey, look at how he's dividing this country! By...talking...to some people...and calling for unity....(shit, maybe I should have thought this through first...)" I doubt he's going to repeat the criticism on the campaign trail (if his team has any brains).

Trump's comment was classic Trump.
"I'm not saying Obama's a Muslim, I'm just saying...maybe the guy likes mosques a little more than the average person."
"I'm not saying Ted Cruz is Canadian, I'm just saying...he smells like maple syrup and he looks like the back-end of a moose."
"I'm not saying Ben Carson is crazy, I'm just saying...a guy who talks about stabbing his friend and attack his mom with a hammer..."
"I'm not saying Fiorina is ugly, I'm just saying....Americans aren't going to vote for a woman who looks like the Overly Attached Girlfriend meme when she grew up."
"I'm not saying Bush is a loser, I'm just saying....do I ever have to ask people to clap for me?"

What Rubio said sounds like the usual Obama bashing to me, though seemed more spur of the moment and 'graping at straws'ingity.

Also, an apparent push to get Fiorina on the main stage: http://www.politico.com/blogs/new-hampshire-primary-2016-live-updates/2016/02/romney-pushes-for-fiorina-to-be-on-saturday-debate-stage-218750  I guess if she's going to be on the main stage, might as well have all the remaining candidates on stage.

I'm guessing Romney's reasoning is that millionaire CEOs need more of a voice in the process. Other than Trump. And SuperPACs. And campaign donations.

If you exclude all that, the 1% is held hostage to the crazy whims of the 99%, guys!

Romney isn't the only one calling for her to be in the debate, Kelly Ayotte (NH governor) and Newt Gingrich are also calling for her to be in the debate.

According to the rules that ABC set for the debate, Carly Fiorina is the only one who doesn't match any of the criteria. I think she should be in because, well, might as well, more are going to drop out after NH anyway.

It highlights the problem of setting the rules like that to separate the sections.

Ugh; if I have to listen to that dipshit speak I won't watch the debate.

For some reason, I always imagine her speaking in a sarcastic tone during the debates, maybe it's that expression she has on most of the time, dunno.

Maybe she sounds sarcastic all the time to you as well?

But if she got her own undercard debate, she could declare herself the winner! Which would be Fiorina in a nutshell.

She really didn't seem any worse than Donald Trump in the debates I watched. Yes, they were both terrible, and neither had a personal relationship with the truth*. But I don't want to punch either of them in the face.

* I mean they were blatantly lying.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Yeah, the "real Balok" was supposed to be an alien that looked like a human child.
