Norways mass shootings death rate is high because it's literally a single shooting and it happened to be a bad one in a country with a small population.  It's like how two years ago I lived in a town with an astronomically high murder rate, because there were like 500 people in the town and we had a double homicide.  We went from a murder rate of 0 per ten thousand to a murder rate of like 40 per ten thousand.  The drug problem also got a lot better now that the single guy selling heroin is dead (in the homicide).

Personally, I'm kind of neutral on the whole birther issue (as far as Cruz goes, since the concerns are legit this time), I mean, his mom is American and he was only in Canada for like three years, so... Plus it's only Canada, not like he was born in Kenya or Spain or China and lived there several years.

If anything, I think it should be decided in the courts to settle the whole issue.
