I like Trump's progression. His journey of self discovery, sharing Reagan fanfiction, blazing it with Carson, and getting to "know" Cruz, it's made him see that these lightweights aren't so light at all, and he'd gladly make them his VP, as opposed to his dog or whatever his other first choice was.

Admittedly, it'd be cheaper to just build a wall around the White House and Congress to keep them safely contained.
Y'know, if we told them it was to keep them safe from the terrorists, we could probably swing this...

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Try to imagine a situation where Ted Cruz is president and Trump is Vice....
Pffft....Trump would hire somebody to arrange for Cruz to sleep with the fishes.

lol.

Anyway, here's my list:

1. Santorum
2. Huckabee
3. Pataki
4. Graham (probably won't face the music until he sees his home state reject him)
5. Bush
6. Kasich
7. Fiorina
8. Paul
9. Carson
10. Christie
11. Trump
12. Cruz
13. Rubio

Wow, you really think Bush will drop out that soon? He's still sitting on a metric shit-ton of money.

Won't be any good if he does crap in the caucases/primaries.

Actually, maybe I'll flip him and Pataki, and Graham

Yeah but I think entrenched interests combined with deep pockets keeps him into it at least until after Florida.

Pataki should be dropping any day now. His warchest is on fumes at this point. Huckabee and Santorum aren't much better. They're all under $500K.

I enjoy how both RK and I got "I am Ohio" from Kasich's speech.

And Bush got slaughtered tonight, he fucked up bad basically crashing the debate twice. Trump baited him, and he latched on like a starving xenophobic pitbull.

They've proven to be pretty tenacious though and could hold on until Iowa.

Bush also has depressingly low poll numbers; I can't put his chances of winning the nomination as being reasonable any more. However, that metric shit-ton of money could still have a chance of affecting the presumptive nominee, assuming that Bush would like a non-Trump winner.

Yeah, if Bush endorses some particular candidate, that cash could go to said candidate.

We do, of course, need to put something on the line for this fantasy competition. Anyone have any ideas? Nate Silver and company went with a six pack of beer, but I don't know how easy online alcohol shipments are these days

I also don't drink, and I'm sure we could end up with underage entrants.
