Why the hell do we need a color guard and rendition of the national anthem in order to watch a bunch of old white guys bitch about things? Really?

They aren't ALL white, and one is a girl.

But yeah, they do that before every debate anyway :P

"Wisconsin: Fuck Yeah" -- this ad campaign brought to you by the Republican Party. Minus the Governor of Wisconsin.

Seriously, I think they used the FOX Sports team to do the lead-in. I'm half expecting the football robots to come crashing into the screen.

Yeesh, the opening sequence is dripping wet with repblican 'awesomes'. Not that it was unexpected, just dripping more than usual.

My video stream is really choppy, but it produced a hilarious sequence of Donald Trump faces.

I'll take under 1.  This will no longer be about the economy before all candidates answer this question.

edit: did they just use a map showing above average compared to the country to show that half the country has an above average concern about jobs?

*boos at Trump for not wanting to raise the minimum wage*

At least Carson didn't attempt to evade the question.

Those lazy teenagers  :(

Fun fact, Ben Carson earned more at those jobs as a teenager then my first job, after adjusting for inflation.  As a function of per capita productivity in the economy, he was compensated about three times as well as me.

Fuck you, Ben Carson.  Fuck you.

I would watch the undercard Republicans debate the football robots without a second thought. I would pay a reasonable amount to watch them scrimmage.

Once I'm on a real computer and needing an excuse not to work on nanowrimo, I can type  up a full essay on why veteran support is so touchy.

Marco Rubio's 4768th mention of his immigrant parents and his rags-to-speedboat story.

Newsflash, Rubio: In the long run, welding robots are cheaper than welders.

Rubio at least has a plausible argument against raising the minimum wage.
