Like a mix between mini-golf, actual golf, and bowling, with the bowling ball being a ragdoll physics infant. Large, twisty courses filled with terrain features and powerups. Two throw modes -- one, a traditional bowling maneuver, the other, an arcing overhead throw. With the first, every impact (over a certain speed) causes the infant to split into two infants with little to no loss of momentum, with the split ones acting similarly. With the second, the baby splashes out into eight babies moving away from the point of impact in your standard compass direction pattern, with the infants afterwards splitting normally. Game would be primarily turn-based multiplayer, with each person inputting their command and all being processed simultaneously.

To take advantage of that, most powerups would have course-wide effects, which would do things like cause intense winds throwing arc-shots off course, instantly splitting all in-transit infants (including aerial ones, of course), knock the kids further into the air causing an arc shot impact on landing (or doubling it, for already arc-shot babies), and so on. Terrain features would be your standard mini-golf/mario kart type dealios -- windmills, ramps, water slides, the occasional catapult or rocket trip, intermittent explosives (which would naturally cause infant replication explosions), and so on.

Victory goes to whoever manages to have last hit the most bowling pins (which would be at the end or center of the course, and probably scaled up in amount to the number of players) after the last un-infant'd pin gets hit by a moving infant body.

Now try to tell me with a straight face that wouldn't be a gorram amazing party game.
