Congress doesn't have to do crap. They have 2 months in which to complain about it, but have no power to overturn Obama on it without a veto-proof supermajority. Heads of state generally are given authority on such matters specifically so they can actually get treaties made without it becoming a 5000 v 5000 international super-congress of every politician in every country involved.

Well, they ARE in his home state, I don't know how popular he is over there.

Anyways, foriegn policy stuff next.

They need to ask Carson some more questions, though understandably they can't have every candidate answer every single question as it would take all night with this many.

I think Carson just quoted Mitt Romney's comment back in the 2012 debate about our navy's size - the one that got him rekt by Obama. This time no one called him out. So sad.
