There's really no fundamental difference between what Trump does and what Mitt Romney did back when he was running Batman's least favorite investment firm.  The only difference is the level of chutzpah and enthusiasm.  You can't have an economy without corporate bankruptcy protections and you can't protect the idiots who give money to people who are going to rip them off.  Dont shed too many tears for the banks though, every bank Trump ripped off has done the exact same thing on many occasions.

Personally, I've always wanted to alter a credit card contract before sending it in for the same purpose, but at some point they stopped trying to ensnare me so I never get the darned things in the mail.

A Russian man actually did do this, and managed to get several million dollars out of the company when they broke the contract they signed without reading. As I recall, rules changed the world over to prevent that from ever happening again.
