However, since the deciding factor is being a "natural-born citizen" versus "naturalized" they both qualify end-of-discussion.

The natural born citizen clause is really very open to consideration. I don't think there's any courts cases on it that weren't speculative asides, largely because no one (with one presidential exception who I can look up later, as well as our glorious modern age) has ever made serious noises about the damn thing.
