So my 7 year old just inspired an interesting question.  Could a hive mind be elected president?

I had a dream about what would happen in the election.

-Donald Trump misses delegate count by one, Cruz second with about 200 delegates less that Trump. Hillary Clinton wins democrats.
-Contested Convention has Marco Rubio As republican nominee
-Trump and Cruz go independent.
-Clinton gets indicted, drops out of the race.
-Nobody supports Rubio, he drops out, we're left with two independents as nominees, Trump and Cruz.
-Trump wins, makes Sanders his Vice (?? This was a dream, okay? That made no sense to me either.) and as his first action, he makes political parties illegal.
-There was some war, but I woke up before finding out who it was against.

Sanders would probably still be the favorite to win against Trump if he entered late after a Clinton indictment.

certainly this is becoming a main issue. i heard Bernie denounce trade agreements in person so its really becoming a rallying point.

Aren't corporations people already, as far as US law is concerned? I guess they might count as hiveminds.

I think the main obstacle would be the "natural born citizen" thing. Corporations aren't citizens, to my knowledge.
