Do you mean the one you sent yesterday? Looks a bit incomplete, but some of the questions you asked are important enough to bring up here. If you sent a more complete one today, I apologize, it does not seem to have made it to my inbox yet.

You have my complete permission to start the game as badasses/experts/highly capable people. You are, after all, most likely the bravest and the best (etc) going off on a perilous mission. But it would be good to discuss your skills/capabilities/abilities first, whatever they may be.

HugLuman is my Character sheet OK and can I start out as a stowaway, As there seems to be little reason to have Jiggle along on such a crucial mission.

Given how a ship with a lot of automation and an AI probably can handle most menial things on its own (and thus doesn't need a janitor), perhaps. Though since he's so smart, maybe make him an expert in some scientific field instead?

NOTE: In fact, all your characters could use some more skills. We have, from the looks of it, 2 people skilled in science and 2 skilled in combat so far, while the others skillsets seem mostly filled with racial abilities/characteristics.

Perhaps these skills are applicable to studying alien architecture / performing alien archeology?

He's able to create slime using his body,I'd say that's quite a skill.
That's more of a physiological ability, though. Not a particularly good reason for a supergenius snail to join up with/stow away upon a voyage of discovery.

Of course it isn't but it would be quite interesting to open the door to the ship cargo hold and find a giant snail sitting there gorging on stolen free food.

I'm also planning on having my character be good with primitive guns and ammo making. Partly since I have some ideas on custom ammos.

Mechanic is probably fine, if that means they're also an engineer. So, designing and tinkering, thinking of solutions to technical problems rather than just fixing/maintaining things.

So far the character sheets seem to mostly have abilities, which come from what the characters are (senses, slime, jumping, etc) but not that many skills, which come from who they are (or possibly what they are, if stuff is innately implanted).

People may need to post some revised sheets, or go back and edit.

My submission, now complete, is more or less the handyman. Fixing things, disposing of burned out lights, checking the air pipes are in order, or that the nav-systems don't have a glitch that will launch us into a nearby moon. Fix things, run thing, argue with people. Pretty much a backup anything, too.
