Lets use the ancient naval art of training war parrots. No one will realize they have been boarded by space war parrots until it is to late!
You can fake being able to run on water. You can't fake looking cool when you break your foot on a door and hit your head on the floor.

Ship may or may not have centrifugal gravity (or it might be light enough for him to fly. It remains to be decided, and it's up to you guys.

Spoiler: WIP (click to show/hide)

How about I take care of protecting the ship eh?
Looks a bit humanish. What does this race look like when not bonded?

All Bond-Hearts until bonded resemble what one would call a 'little grey man' Once they bond they metamorphose into a form similar to their bond-mate with bipedal leanings toward their old form. And finally when the bond-mate dies they change towards a form somewhere between an optomised form for dealing with what killed the bond-mate and... well... their bond-mate.

They resemble the stereotypical little gray man due to their bond heart, the organ the allows them to sense the 'bond-web' and kick starts their amazing metamorphosis.

Is she worth it, would you burn the city to save her? For her, I'd burn the world.

Intrigued, there a player limit?

I'm in support of no NPC's.

I may cut it off if a huge amount of people join, but as of right now we could use more people.

So, I finished the sheet.

Also, I like CD's ship idea but maybe with it being a modular design similar to the one game with the Ur-Qan.

Looks okay, but there's one thing that perhaps everyone should mention. What job/responsibilities would the character have in the expedition/on the ship? Yours seems primarily combat oriented.

Which also brings up the point of how the chain of command will be structured, who if anyone has authority (and over what), etc.

Modular is fine, however it's gotta be big for an AI to use it as a body.

Sounds about right for her, given the "protect the ship" bit and her apparent involvement in putting down rebels.

Modular is fine, however it's gotta be big for an AI to use it as a body.
Give us a ballpark? I'm thinking "somewhat smaller than an ocean liner" at the moment.
