So i have a mutitool, looks lame but is 18 slot. In a previous system i found a beautiful black sleek rifle, can I after leveling up my tool, go back find the same tool like ships work? Or not

Is that what you asked? Basically you should just get a bunch of money and always improve your multi-tool. Only really get attached to it and make all the upgrades once you get a 24-slot one.
Or you could do like me who only realized that way later on..I kept remaking my upgrades thinking guns would be hard to come by, but they really aren't that rare.

By the way, I'm testing the Experimental Patch and my game isn't stuterring anymore, I don't need to hack it for it to work (AMD 6xxx support), and the dialogue menu doesn't slows itself to a crawl during low fps. I would've probably finished the game by now if it launched like this..
Of course, I have a few hitches here and there, but it's a LOT better than before. So if anyone's getting a ton of performance issues, wait a few more days or just get try out the patch (back up your save, though. Don't Trust Sean).

Also, has there been a successful meetup between two people that anyone knows of yet? I know that thing on launch day where those two people couldn't see each other was probably because of server issues, but at the same time I still haven't heard of any two people meeting up successfully and I really hope they didn't just leave out multiplayer completely.
They left out multiplayer completely. According to this datamining thread, there is no mention of multiplayer whatsoever in the game files (other than the standard boilerplate Steam library stuff....), and since the developers decided to leave behind a bunch of other random stuff like HL2 logos and the E3 2015 demo files...that it seems most likely that multiplayer never really existed in any serious form in the first place.

Well I've played through all the content the game has to offer after 4-5 hours of actual playtime.
Now all I can do is grind for more inventory slots or look at this differently colored planet! Wow!

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

I doubt you have played all the content in that time. But its still longer than many games with 'indepth' story lines made in this time.
Yet another bug, game crashes after a sace point, reloads then im under the planet in water every time I press X it makes the ship blaster noise, i can see through the unloaded textures to a cave above so I had to blast a hole down to reach a stable ground as my jet pack was running out and its a stacked theta. I exit cave to see my ship flying around like im controling it but its just a visible hit box with a orange dome for cockpit, i press square (landing) then im teleported to my ship exiting it...
Cant wait until I see more

Since the thread is silent, I'll post some screens. I started my real push towards the core, but I was too sleepy to take good screenshots..so it's mostly "I'm ready!" stuff.

I am very sad though that ships with more space... aren't bigger :/

Kind of immersion breaking :P

But come on this game isn't about immersion! it isn't like... exploration is one of its primary goals.

Anyone know what the name above an unowned/crashed ship is yet, its not the ships name, one was called ralf?
Or has any one noticed this at all?

I know this is for a totally different game. But this pretty much sums up the reaction to No Man's Sky

Seeing that your ships scanner is infinite range, don't see the point.

It would actually be great if there was scan tech that could help you differ from points of interest, so it could show where monoliths, transmission towers and etc. are, and also different minerals.
Most planets have 1 type of mineral in the crystals and mineral geological formations..so the scan tech could tell you that.

But I'm 50k LY away from the core and I never saw any scan tech. Saw many mentions and questions about it, so I think it was either a feature that was left out, or something they started adding on the last week - remember that it was on the launch-day patch that they added the ability for ship scans.
If you wanna go deeper on it, though, remember that on a trailer from last year you could make scans from orbit, that would show many POIs on the ground...so yeah, probably an unfinished feature added on the last minute and they forgot to fix the UI. If I learned anything about programmers (as I am one), is that they will always forget the UI even exists if you let them.

What does that mean?

It means why the FUCK do they have a slot for scan tech! An actual ship stat for SCAN!
Its cut because its a cut up game, as in the features are CUT.

If you cant see the cut features during play I feel envious of you.
Like a whole periodic table for crafting?
ships mattering?
I can go on
