1. Get at least one story published, in any magazine.

2. Work harder at school. At least four distinctions in Matric.

3. Get fitter. By the end of the year, be able to comfortably run at least five kilometres.

4. Get back into drawing and sculpting. Try to draw or sculpt something at least twice a week.

5. Finish that damn suit of armour.

6. Apply to universities. Attend open days and do research, first.

7. Lose the irrational stress. Or at least, start on it.

8. Meditate before bed, or at least read.

9. Practice the flute, at least every other day.

10. Practice singing. Consider tying to flute practice.

11. Practice social skills. They're okay-ish now, but they need work.

12. Become more active in charitable stuff.

I need to get more goals to work towards. I hope this keeps me a bit more motivated.

Minor update in that over the last couple days I've been researching various music things and came up with several interesting composition concepts I could try. So, that goes towards the whole "do more music" thing I've got going.

1. Finish Angry Laser Space, or at least get it to 1.0. This bloody project has been in progress for over 4 years now, and i think it's about time to wrap it up as neatly as possible, so i can get going on other things.
Game Maker has decided to not work, which is making this a bit difficult.

2. Get into the habit of drawing something every day. Doesn't have to be anything specific or mindblowing, just SOMETHING so i can keep up the practice, be it digital or traditional.
Have so far successfully drawn something unspecific every day, without feeling pressure.

3. Paint something with the acrylic paint (and canvas) that i got for my birthday. Something that isn't just a half-hearted leaf.

4. Give someone in meatspace uncensored access to my deviantArt page, preferrably one of my immediate relatives. This may sound simple, but due to personal issues, is comparable in fear and difficulty of execution to russian roulette. It is most definitely the "all in" move of my life right now, and a bad result could have dreadful consequences for my psyche, while a good result could possibly result in me finally breaking the shackles cast upon me by my oppressors back in elementary school.
Need to gather an absurd quantity of balls for this.

5. Start talking to people over the intertoobs with my microphone. I am EXTREMELY SHY AND AWKWARD but my past experiences have been a lot of fun.

6. A vague one: Try to stop caring so much about what others think. It goes hand in hand with my crippling lack of self-esteem, and is, in essence, what makes things like 3, 4 and 5 very hard to do.
Difficult to quantify progress on this one, but it is easier than ever to show my immediate relatives what i've been drawing. Only the non-spoopy stuff, though.

7. Get a hold of my sleeping rhythm. At the moment, if people didn't wake me up, it'd keep advancing all the time, and sleepytime is already WAY past midnight and approaching the next morning.

8. Try my hand at some kind of music-ing. I like listening to music too much to at least not try making some myself. :v

1. Get my depression under control Cannot start until school starts back up and I can return to seeing my therapist. Tomorrow after work, I plan on trying out my newest anxiety medication.

2. Spend more time with friends and family Heading over to my boyfriend's today and planning to go out for ice cream and perhaps a trip to a gaming store. My aunt isn't feeling well, so I can't go visit her... It must wait until the summer, but she's planned to get my half-sisters and me together for a dinner to catch up. I suppose I could try to catch them home and visit as well...

3. Read something every night before bed Did this the night before last. Last night I worked until 1am and got home at 2am, so I didn't have the brainpower to read anything...

4. Get to rewriting the novel I wrote a few years ago lol nope

5. Update my things on a timely basis (includes games and fanfiction) I've been updating my DnD game quite well lately. I'll shoot for updating my fanfiction once every two weeks. So far, I have the next chapter for my pet project halfway done.

6. Learn how to play the guitar The guitar still sits in my corner, gathering dust.

7. Get into meditation and yoga Not yet. I might get a yoga mat later today.

8. Get my cumulative GPA above 3.25 (It's currently 2.85) I need to get my textbooks ordered ASAP after my book advance comes in. I need to ask my friend to borrow a textbook from her, and should also invest in a copy of the bible for my religion class and start reading that.

9. Scholarships, scholarships, scholarships Ooh so lazy...

10. Schedule a tour of a prospective law school Again, winter break. But the law school I wish to go to is on my college campus so... shouldn't be too hard to just stop by someday.

11. Start the Dragon Age themed DnD game I've been thinking about for months now Wrote a bit of the opening flavor. Too lazy to write up descriptions for all of the Dalish deities.

12. Become a bit more social I talked to people at work yesterday. I may have made a friend.

8. Be capable of buying something in a shop. Anxiety always causes me to find a reason to not buy what I want. Even if it's food.

1. Remember to actively give more of my time to my family. I spend a lot of time on the computer. I've been spending a little bit less time on the computer, and actively paying attention to people.
2. Get the hell out of retail/customer service, no matter what it takes. I'm miserable and I hate it. I'm trying, but I have to rely on other people, for references, and things aren't looking super good on that front.
3. Get custody of daughter. No change.
4. Get back to coding. #1 takes priority, though. GME has been fired up more than twice in the last month, so we're doing good.
5. Pay off student loans/medical debts. Get credit score up. #2 may have to happen first. No change.
6. Get back to making art of some kind. Doesn't matter what kind. Just art. No change.
7. Buy a house? Buy a haus. #5 definitely comes first. No change.
8. Exercise! Get under 200 lbs! Ha, very funny. No change.
9. Eat better, try more fruits and veggies. I'm eating applesauce, and I've committed to finding something that doesn't hammer on my gag reflex...I just actually have to eat it.

11. Work on Neo Dreams: Chronicles of Avarsiin. P&P and video game form. It's started as a vidja gaem, and I've made no progress whatsoever on my P&P game. I blame working full time and having a new baby.

The thing to remember is this: Just because no one answered doesn't mean no one read your post. It's okay if posts go unanswered for a while, and sometimes they never get answered. That just means that no one had anything to add to what you said.
