There's a program called legendsviewer you can download. If you follow the instructions then you can use the search feature to find the dwarf and everything they did.

Its a feature. Impregnating booze is a planned tech tree for dwarves and this is a sneak peek at it.

I don't know if you've looked for this, but dorfs have names in dorfish, which is what you see on the normal display, plus a translation into English that's visible on their personal display, and the engraving/item display provides only the English translation, so you'd have to look at all dorfs whose first name is Iteb to see if their last name is translated to Paddleprince. Also, it might be one of the gods, so you might have to look for them as well. I guess it could also be one of the persons in the world's history, though. Thus, in that case, it wouldn't quite be a random adventurer as such, but someone who'd made a name for himself, but from a narrow fortress mode perspective, it would be an external, irrelevant, person.

If a dwarf engraves a picture or craft of a god, it will always tag them as the "god of [sphere] and [sphere] in the form of [creature]", so I doubt it's a god.

It's not necessarily an adventurer, either. Dwarves have a hive memory and know everything that has happened to every single dwarf in the history of the world, as well as most things that happened to humans and elves and megabeasts. It's freaky, but they're probably some peasant who killed a few goblins in the latest war.

I think dwarves change their name when they marry (or move, not sure) but they end up having at least two names if they immigrate in.  They display one name on items they make and a different name on the menus, so you'll just have to look for the legendary dwarf with the name Iteb.
