Propose/Accept a Trade/Research treaty with the Aethonian Empire. Cancel the Trade/Research treaty with Guniburg if those treaties are accepted.

We would also like to trade our primitive airplanes for some of the new explosives, either with guniburg or with auros. Whoever accepts first.

20 RP total, or about half what I get from my bonus. Any more and there's no benefit in it for me, so.

On a side note, Tiruin, you can only build one PI/turn.

Thrice cursed me forgetting one PI/PROVINCE.

Edited. (Also one can both destroy and create on a province, right?)

Also to use this post as something constructive--The Horse's Mouth seems like a tabloid. xD

Turn Update 5.2

The Agateans consolidate their armies into the mightiest force seen in the war yet. They also seek a trade with the Bishe Khaganate...

The Khaganate considers the Agatean proposal... The Khan feels the Golden Council has at least the vestiges of the great Tigurid traditions in its name. The Khan feels pressed to consider its many enemies. The Khaganate Accepts these terms!

The Republic of Auros continues its attack on the Talmurians even as their forces capture huge swaths of their southeastern lands. Even with Explosive Shells they failed, but at least one army survived due to the new technology.

I already have explosive shell, so I'll accept the Primitive Aeroplanes blueprint when that's possible.

Fine by me, alternate offer : Primitive radio blueprint for explosives blueprint.

I already have explosive shell, so I'll accept the Primitive Aeroplanes blueprint when that's possible.
I must note that if you accept my offer, you have an adequate chance of being able to complete primitive planes in a single turn.

Edit: I'm willing even, to pay 20 RP over 1 turn, rather than 10 RP over 2.

I must note that if you accept my offer, you have an adequate chance of being able to complete primitive planes in a single turn.
On the note are two words. "Do it."

And below that note are a few other words.
"Though you'll be facing an enemy in the long run at this rate."
