The 20-ish RP was while giving the Agatean Empire 30-ish RP in exchange for tech. Then that was removed, and you offered 30-ish additional RP.

The Aethonian Empire also understands the situation, and shall use its extended port infrastructure to conduct naval operations there as well once Arlon is defeated.

Also, I am missing 2 PI, while agatea has 2PI too much. Probably our 1-turn agreement from 2 turns ago has not been cancelled.

In the smoke-filled room of the USA's War Council, all is silent. The news that the Talmurian Empire preferred to destroy its infrastructure rather than let it fall in the USA's hands was a blow, and the members were racking their brains to find a way to relieve their Allabardian ally.

"TRADE!"

Suddenly, a commotion. The speaker was Josef Clinton, the young Undersecretary for Footwear, who was only present as a courtesy to his father a powerful Party official.

"Trade indeed! Have you ever wondered how it is that the Talmurian Empire, managed to land an army larger than ours while being much smaller? Trade is the answer. According to some reports I laid my hands on, between a fifth and a quarter of their armies are fed not through the labor of their workers, but through the speculation their merchant class engages in in Guniland and the Aethonian Empire.

Today, we finally have the means to destroy that trade, inflicting a blow even larger than that inflicted by the heroic defenders of Allabard. Order our armies to seize Guniland, and deprive the Talmurian of their market!"

"But," exclaimed Igor Bush, the acting foreign secretary. "Surely you do not suggest we invade Aehtonia to deprive our enemies of a market?"

"No indeed. For that we must resort to the quill rather than the sword. We are after all a larger market for their merchant, and I'm sure they'll agree to join us against the despicable Talmurian."

Talmurian Empire offers immediate cease-fire to all beligerents. Talmurian armies will be removed from #77 so the Allabard Union can have it back. However we shall keep #78 as compensation for the loss of trading and scientific partner that was Guniburg.

The Talmurian Empire cannot wage war on us to protect the war mongering Gunilander, be beaten then hope to settle for peace while keeping its spoils. We won't agree to a ceasefire that do not include full return of our ally's province and war reparations to Allabard.

The United Socialist Alliance send a not wondering why the Agatean Empire feels the need to send troops toward its border with the USA. The rapid building of railroad to the border is also disapproved of.
