I learned more about agriculture.
(Agriculture +25)

KINGDOM REPORT:
Tax System: Good
Agriculture and Farming: Poor
Foreign Relations: Excellent
Kingdom Defense: Excellent
Kingdom Faith: Excellent
Culture and Education: Excellent
Infrastructure: Excellent
Ecology: Excellent

(I spent our remaining 5000 gold on hiring a master farmer and improved Agriculture and Farming, since that was the only real option we had. Together, that brought Agriculture up to Excellent.)

I shared my knowledge of agriculture across all of Daria, showing them how to rotate their crops, use better fertilizers, market their yield, and harvest more efficiently. We eventually began to see a surplus, which we then sold to other nations, improving our treasury as well.
(Kingdom Faction +10)

I remember my 80th birthday well; I was very introspective. Prince Kyle was 14 and old enough to begin tutelage under the royal court wizard. I didn't intend to continue serving a second monarch, so I knew it was nearly time for me to retire.

It was time for me to build my army if I wanted to take over the other lands.
(Current Army Power: 2)

I used the surplus food from Daria's agriculture to create excellent supply depots. Our solid foreign relations would ensure that nobody double-crossed Daria once the war began. Daria's superior defenses gave my assaulting army a great advantage. The people's strong faith in their Gods made everyone strive harder to support the war effort. Our enhanced culture gave us great national pride, which was excellent for the army's morale. The expansive infrastructure included roads which would allow my army to travel Daria at unprecedented speeds. Our efficient ecology gave us the best metals for building weapons and armor.
(Army Power +7)

There was so much to do before we declared war.
(Current Army Power: 9)

I reminded everyone that I had killed Parnaxxus.

The army felt much better knowing that their leader was the Dragon Slayer. It reminded them that I wasn't just another general, I was someone very important.
(Army Power +1)

(Current Army Power: 10)

I warforged my army. (Needs 100 Enchantment)

Through my mind-magic, I took away their fear and pain, turning every member of my army into the perfect soldier.
(Army Power +1)

(Current Army Power: 11)

I summoned a demon army. (Needs 100 Summoning)

I opened the gates to hell and brought forth hordes of demons. The citizens of Daria were held in awe as monsters of every size assembled on the battlefield to await their orders.
(Army Power +1)

(Current Army Power: 12)

I crafted potions of Haste and Stoneskin for my army. (Needs 100 Alchemy)

The potions would give my soldiers a very strong advantage, making them faster and stronger than ever.
(Army Power +1)

(Current Army Power: 13)

I used my magic to keep a close eye on enemy troop movements. (Needs 100 Divination)

The enemy was never able to surprise us since I always knew exactly where they were and how many troops they brought into each battle.
(Army Power +1)

(Current Army Power: 14)

I hired the entire Mage Guild. (Needs 100 Mage Guild)

With a wizard in every battalion, my entire army was strengthened with fireballs and the ability to dispel any enemy Enchantments.
(Army Power +1)

(Current Army Power: 15)

I declared war.

I sat upon Dog as I surveyed my vast army with Cat, my dog, at my side.

1) I attacked the dwarves under the Grey Mountains.
2) I attacked the elves in the Alderheart Forest.
3) I attacked the orcs in the wilderness to the west.
4) I attacked the barbarians of the north.
5) I attacked the desert empire of Jilal.
6) I disbanded my army and returned home to Tornassa.

I just LOVE that summoning an entire demon army is essentially a +1

Yeah this is looking bad... We haven't made any allies in advance. Mind you my target may be too difficult for us... I don't know how this goes.

Mind you calculating the maximum possible score for this is 22 and that assumes that you can't get the Elves, Dwarves, Orcs, or royal family on your side.

The actual maximum score is probably somewhere around there, based on your magic skills and certain special achievements, but the good news that your score actually doesn't matter once you get to this point. To be able to actually conquer the world, you need a minimum of 15 points, which is what we have. After that, it's mostly a matter of seeing whether we can pass enough of a series of very difficult skill checks. I'll explain more once we get to it.

Are any of the targets easier than the others, or give benefits for conquering them?

We have no relations with 4 or 5, yes?

It's pretty much a cosmetic choice. It doesn't actually matter what order we conquer them in.

I'd say it might change what checks we have...

But then... we can't really raise our stats if a place doesn't require it.

Yes, there are different checks required for each one, but the good news is that we're only going to need to succeed in two out of five of them. For the other three, we can ask our former adventuring party teammates to help us out, which will give us success.
