As Guniburg stated, it is in no position to demand stuff from the USA, especially since it was ready to attack the USA without even a declaration of war.

The USA also wonder what happened to the attack planned on the southern front.

That attack seems to be forgotten.

In either case, guniburg seems to have confirmed his original turn, he adjusted it the last time 3 days ago while the USA tried to negotiate with them 4 days ago. So the deal is off.

Also, I would like to politely remind Haspen, ruler of the Talmurian Empire, that I sent them a good deal for tech exchange.

Out of curiosity, let's say I send an army to 100 somehow. I'm not at war with the Talmurian Empire. Do I take the province? Does the Talmurian Army goes away? What if I annex the province? What if the Talmurian Empire then declare war on me?

I remember talking that attacking a province where a foreign army, allied to owner of province, is stationed, equals declaring war to the foreign army's nation :v

Also, can you build infrastructure on someone else's territory? If yes, can you build HQs? Using your own troops? Can you trade armies to someone?
