Yes it does, deconstructing PI's takes from PI/Turn limit.

Shouldn't it have 12 max armies instead of 13? 5 normal provinces, + 3 (Capital province), +4 from trade treaties with the other two NPCS?

On a side note, is it just me or is city planning a bit useless?

The tech costs 600 on it's own, which is nearly sufficient to research fertilizers and all it's precursors.

Another question, can I change my research now, or is it to late for that?

I guess that the armies of #24 and #21 will disappear? Those are the farthest away from the capital.

On a side note, congratulations to talmurian empire for their victory over auros. Good luck those preventive armies weren't necessary.

The USA does not want to fight Guniburg, and is willing to consider handing over a couple provinces if Guniburg refrain from aggressive actions.

Also, I only sent one army from 29 to 50, and there is something wonky in fight 4: since I had destroyed an enemy unit in fight 3, I should have had the bonus, so that army should have retreated.

Guniburg is not in a position to be asking so much of the gracious USA, but Guniburg would be indebted to her if it were to have those two at least in the same turn, please, in order to unite the home territory as soon as possible.
