Why did I suddenly lose 5 max armies between previous turn's end and this turn's beginning?

EDIT: never mind.
I got those from Guniburg for 1 turn, now it's done. Forgot about that.
EDIT 2: I am, however, 1 army short. i only have 20 armies, and 1 Fleet

Just for the record, I've made a calculator in excel to determine the winning chances and such, and you have no less than 98 % chance to win that battle so I think that officer was correct.
Good luck taking out that last piece of resistance however. Just in case.
Also, shouldn't the max army cap of arlon have dropped more after losing 2 provinces?

The Diplomacy table is confusing. The show that they have a trade deal with you, even though you don't have a deal with them. And it might explain how they generate 15 max armies from 6 provinces.

And there's a bunch of problems in the Diplomacy table atm but I'm too sick to really wanna jump in and sort them out >_>
