[Dany can't reach L24, 1 MOV short. No way to rectify this either, no possible moves place him within striking distance of Soldier D. Gonna need you to change the move I'm afraid Objective.]

Code: (Erik vs Fighter D) [Select]
HIT: 100 + 3 - 5 - 20 - 12 = 66
CRIT: 8 + 7 - 2 = 13
Roll: 78! Miss! //DING!

Fighter D Can't Retaliate!

Erik moved up to the front lines, running the distance from the extra energy thanks to the militia's performer. In but a scant few moments he was on the front line, dashing past his allies as they wage dangerous melee to fire off another blast of magic at the fighter in the dense thicket with his attention on Alessa, from the looks of it.

Sigils formed in the air as the monk concentrated, and with a flick of his wrist a concentrated ray of brilliant energy flew at the fighter. Sadly, all that running and the fighter being on the look out for even the smallest of movements to betray the thief worked against him, the beam inching close but the fighter ducked as the blast of energy burned a small hole into a tree. He frowned at the monk, but was too wary of the thief to deal with him at the moment.

Dany trips and falls flat on the ground, delaying his hasty advance.

Quickly climbing back on his horse, he quickly put space between him and the wounded axeman who had downed him. Riding up to the contest of steel between their healer and a mercenary, the nomad nocked a single arrow and watched the fight carefully, his arrow trained on the soldier as his horse galloped closer. Quickly taking in all the factors, the archer shot the arrow a foot behind the mercenary.

Meanwhile, Adrianne had started on a vicious retort, emboldened by the newfound energy she had. Driving her foe back further and further, the swordsman quickly found himself losing ground. Rising her blade to strike again, she let the blade slowly fall to her side as she saw her foe hit the ground with a crash. An arrow neatly pierced his neck, catching him at the base of the throat and erupting past where his spine was.

Shirou was already galloping back to the spot he had an eye on, not even needing to check to see if his arrow had found its mark or not. He knew it had.

"I have not forgotten when you found bouncing arrows off my head amusing, Dany."

The wound is his side was already grinding shut, leaking a few drops of what seemed like mercury.

"Hummph. A good blow, but futile." He spoke to the fighter as one would a friend, his tone congratulatory. Already his arm was drawing inexorably back to strike again. "It has been a while since I was last damaged in combat. Go to the gates of the Afterlife with pride of your deed!"

Ensure the fighter who wounded Ferrum is dead. 1W, then javelin fighter C

"Ferrum, no! The guy behind you! You already killed the other one!"

Erik was never with a lack of amazement at Ferrum. Between his apparent invulnerability, poor eyesight, and enough raw determination to kill a horse that was already dead, he was happy to be on the same team as the guy.

If Merc C is still standing after Dany's arrow, then blast him with blessed iron. Otherwise, move to N24 and punch Archer B in the guts with blessed iron.

Dany moved forward with a quip towards Ferrum, string taut until the arrow flew towards the mercenary. The mercenary, hearing the archer as a clue in to the attack, quickly ducked and rolled to the side as the arrow passed right where he was moments before. The arrow, having missed its mark, glanced against Ferrum's temple, rebounding off of the assuredly not normal human's metal skin with a loud ping. Perhaps Dany's quip wasn't quite a jest as he had wished.

If having an arrow bounce off the side of his head fazed the man any, he certainly didn't show it as he planted a javelin squarely in the deadman's chest that had wounded him, ferrying him off towards the great abyss. Feeling his job finished, he quickly gained ground away from the wounded axeman and set about gaining retribution for the axeman's crimes against their company. A javelin planted itself near the soldier's feet and he quickly started scurrying for cover as more and more javelins found themselves sailing towards him. By sheer luck and adrenaline, none of them managed to find their mark on the axeman as he scurried to and fro.

Having corrected his strange ally's choice of targets, Erik set about trying to get an advantage against the mercenary who got away from that arrow. Color drained once more from his surroundings as he quickly set about drawing the sigils in the air for the spell, chromatic points of light forming around the man. The sigils converged into several points, turning the motes of colorful light into spikes of brilliant energy. With a flick of his wrist, the monk sent them towards the swordsman. Several came close but with each the swordsman managed to narrowly dodge them, in some cases just barely, desperately trying to get out of the line of fire from his ranged assailants.

Freed from her melee with the now deceased swordswoman, Adrianne rushed off to aid her companions with staff in hand. She handily danced past the many small skirmishes, and at each stop her staff glowed a soft green that moved and made its way to the recipients in question. Both were brought to their feet, the worst of their wounds healed, much to the dismayed shouts of the enemies who had just put them down.

"Stay DOWN!" The swordsman yelled as his sword smashed down towards the monk, the steel sword whistling through the air. The monk threw his arms in the way and tried to erect a barrier in time, but the blade simply clove through the hurried magical defense and fell upon the monk. The mercenary scowled as he twisted the blade and withdrew it from the downed monk, taking his eyes away from the downed mage. His mistake.

Erik, still conscious and with words flowing off his tongue faster than he could be cognizant, held his hand shakily towards the mercenary. The world around the monk turned a dim, sickly shade as all color and shine drained from the area, congealing in the mage's palm. Realizing too late, the mercenary quickly raised his sword again to strike. With a final command, the monk urged the roughly made ball of energy forth. It collided with the man roughly, practically digging into the man as he screamed in pain yet it continued onward.

Joining the scream was the cry of pain from the militia woman who had healed the monk, an axe cutting deep into her and past her roughly made armor. She responded with a stab of her own, and even as hurried and haphazard as it was it came dangerously close to piercing the man's heart. The militia spearwoman clutched her wound fought back a second assault from the axeman, now in a desperate clash.

But yet another scream came forth to join the chorus, but not one of pain but rather of triumph and rage. Soon the deafening sound of hooves beat the ground, causing the very earth to shake as the enemy cavalry charged forth, falling upon the enemy archer. The first blade struck true, catching the archer from behind. He responded in kind, a dagger flashing and finding purchase in the man's face, cutting a ragged path.

Before he could even withdraw the blade though, a second sword found itself in the archer, who once again stabbed back at his attackers in an attempt to ward them off. While the dagger found purchase, it wasn't as grievous a wound as the first. The third was enough, steel blade cleaving through the archer and sending him sprawled to the ground, bleeding and his world dimming.

Among the trees, the freshly risen were beset upon. Alessa kept to her feet and dodged an arrow after another, but still groggy from her near death experience proved to have slowed her too much. More than a few came close to striking the rogue, once only avoided thanks to quick thinking on Alessa's part and a fortunate branch. But despite the rogue's best efforts, an arrow soon found itself in her chest, the archer at fault sniffing in disinterest at having found her target finally.

Blake had a rougher time of it, beset upon by two opponents at once. While they were far slower than the fencer they still outnumbered him and fought from an advantageous position, keeping the man on the defensive both dodging and parrying blow after blow from the two.

But every man has their limits, and soon Blake started to find himself tiring, his wounds catching up to him as each movement brings forth blossoms of pain. Barely skirting aside one jab from a halberd, he didn't have time to react to the sword coming from on low. It caught the fencer with a grunt, sending the man once more to the ground and leaving both soldiers panting to catch their breath from the fierce clash.

At the rear of the fighting though, there was a scream of a different kind. A silent rasp, that of a soul departing. A swordsman stood above the fallen militiaman, wiping the blood from his sword on the dead youth's clothes. He looked up at the shocked and enraged militia captain with a smirk, readying his blade. "You'll lose a lot more than just him before the end of this. We'll raze your whole village for this affro--"

ALLY/NEUTRAL TURN!

As the other militia hurried busied themselves harrying the enemies or healing themselves and their allies, the captain charged forth.

The swordsman didn't even have a moment to finish his statement, his entire body shaking with pain as the giant fist of the militia captain impacted the man's chest with a loud crunch, knocking the wind out of him and breaking more than a few bones. The swordsman took the cue and thrust with his sword, but the captain didn't even attempt to dodge as he fell upon the soldier once more. The sword cut deep into the brawler, but the captain struck harder, his fist once again landing with a loud crack of breaking bones that sent the swordsman on the ground. He feebly held his sword out to defend himself as the captain moved to finish the man off.

The performer was distraught with the death of one of their members, but his attention was more to his wife, who had thankfully managed to disengage and heal herself. He performed for Adrianne once more, but his face spoke books of his worry about the situation.

There was again the sound of hooves, but instead of the harbinger of more enemies, it signaled an arrow. Before the captain could finish off the downed mercenary, an arrow thunked solidly in the swordsman's chest, killing him outright and driving the spark of life from his eyes. The captain didn't look happy at his revenge being taken from him, but his attention was drawn to his fallen comrade. Just have to keep thinning them out.
