We can prepare him for this since there's a transparent window (I think? that's how we noticed him in the first place right?), so he'll have longer than 30 seconds of useful consciousness probably. When we open the door it probably won't cause an explosive decompression unless it opens instantly (which would bust his ear drums and turn him into a projectile making this whole plan not work), but that depends heavily on the exact size of the door and the room, also how quickly the door opens. If we can just pop the door a touch and simply cause a rapid decompression (probably still uncomfortable but it definitely won't kill him outright by throwing him around the room) then we'd have the best chance of throwing a suit on him and airing it up.

Questions for the GM:
How long does the typical suiting up process take, while assisted?
Can we use the generator we brought to power the hangar door, close it and pressurize the room using air from our ship?

Maybe we can get the pilot in an EVA suit, shove the dude into the fighter ASAP, then turn life support in the fighter back on.

Still, before we start shoving people into hard vaccuum, maybe we should check if we can't simply pressurize the hangar. It doesn't even need to be a breathable athmosphere. Just pressure so that the blood isn't de-oxygenated should good enough.

I mean, even low pressures can make a difference. EVA units are at only 30% of normal pressure (though to be fair, their internal athmosphere has a very high oxygen percentage.)

Also, general information on a common U.E.F. hangar:
It has a blast door that can open and close, as well as integrated equipment to vent atmosphere in and out of the hangar. There are various rooms for unsuited personnel to go in during depressurization, though people claim that the U.E.F. design of these is flawed as one can only enter and exist the pressurized rooms either when the hangar's pressurized, or with an EVA suit.
To remedy this problem, newer ships use a Star Wars-esque force field in the hangar to allow constant atmosphere. This ship doesn't, though.
No airlock, I'm afraid.

Unless we go to the other room, pressurize it and then cut through the wall.

How much time do we need to pressurize a fighter? Can they be pressurized? We could get the guy inside one of the fighter and repressurize it in the 10 seconds we have. Then the survivor can suit up inside.

How long does the typical suiting up process take, while assisted?

There are multiple kinds of EVA suits in use by U.E.F., with the emergency suit being the most common and the one in the locker. An emergency suit is basically a thin layer of material just good enough to protect the user from the vacuum, with short-term breathing equipment. It uses a technique similar to the zipper to put on. Assisted, it could probably be put on in anywhere from 30-60 seconds. The "official" record is 17 seconds, though that's nearly impossible to hit.

The hangar door does appear to be intact, and since the airlocks to and from the hangar are properly sealed, the room could be pressurized. The emergency generator could be hooked up to the machinery and close the door.
The air is a bit more tricky. The engineers could siphon the atmosphere of several rooms on board the Telemachus and by jury-rigging a transfer system via abuse of the Telemachus' docking procedure, they could transfer the air into the hangar.

Fun fact: Your marines are wearing a light combat Marine EVA suit. Due to the nature of the marine, U.E.F. has many different types of combat suits for marines. The light combat version is designed as more of a hybrid emergency suit. It can be equipped quickly and is cheap to produce, while offering decent protection, storage, and life support in EVA. More EVA-oriented marines wear many types, such as the Battle Suit, which is a well armored suit that offers extreme mobility via thrusters, toggle magnetic boots, etc.

The fighter takes approximately 15 seconds to pressurize the small cockpit.

The Engineering Officer can't help but overhear this and states "That would be a great idea if we had a Utility Slicer on board. I actually saw one in a shop down at the town. If we had one, the marines could simply cut their way in from an adjacent pressurized room."
"Or we could use an explosive weapon and cut through." the Security Officer interjects.
"Maybe." said the Engineering officer. "We'd have to find or jury-rig a portable weapon with enough juice to blast a hole through the wall, but not enough to destroy anything else."

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

Think about it, 3 fighters volume worth of oxygen inside a hangar big enough to fit all of them. It's not enough. We need to link up the other ship if we want to pressurize the hangar.

For the moment, you're doing good. Anyway, both operation suit and operation fighter are a no go. Operation suit will likely result in permanent damage, while using the fighter might result in us getting him inside fast enough, but the problem is that he'll then be unconscious inside a fighter, likely suffering from a host of medical issues we can't help him with.

Explosives are a no go too. Zero-g explosions are super deadly. I like siphoning air from our ship though.

Regardless of what happens, one of our marines should tap on the window or something to get his attention. We don't want him offing himself because he thinks he's never going to be rescued.
