You order your Followers to get to work on expanding the Flesh Cathedral but you don't have enough Meat or Essence To Flesh The New Additions.

I'm actually okay with that suggestion, it's just that the village is very near to us and someone might stumble across us. Preemptive measures, plus we can make hybrids with our slave stock.
